Life is not always like walking in the park. It has bumps and hilly terrain too. When your road is rocky and slippery, when the sky is dark, when the end of the tunnel seems nowhere to find you would realize that life is hard.
A friend reminded me that '..Everything takes time and usually goes more slowly than you would like...'. How true. I think our first reaction tends to me us think life is harder than it is. But often we were wrong. Given time, after we calm ourselves we would see that there are ways out, there are options, there are still opportunities. The end of the world is not tomorrow for all we know.

I think learning from what I experienced so far it is better not to over react. If anything let it settle down first. Sleep on it. Let another day pass by. Pray. Meditate. Allow time tells you what to do. You would be surprise that eventually answers would come to you unexpectedly. I guess we are all have resources that would allow us to cope with anything life throws on us, but it takes time for us to recognize it.
